He then explores the very popular island of Corfu to learn the secrets to making local white cheeses and Corfiot smoked pork fillet (noumboulo fumicado), also called Corfiot prosciutto. His very last stop is the northernmost island in the Ionian Sea, the cosmopolitan Othonoi with a population of 90.
