Stasha and David Ashton dreamed of a life in France for their 4 young children. A year long home exchange made it happen. But when it was over, they weren't ready to stay goodbye to the colorful village of Mougins - once a haven for painter Pablo Picasso. Having received their family's blessing back home in Arizona, Stasha and David are seeking out their Provencial dream home. But they're shocked to find that 1.3 million dollars doesn't go very far in this region of France.
